My wife and I have had exceptional experiences working with Shane Tibbitts both buying our home when we relocated to central New York, and then selling our home 8 years later. Shane is extremely professional, well-organized, and responsive, and he gets things done. He is very knowledgeable about the local markets, and is full service, helping you connect with top professionals you need whether for inspecting a new home, or renovating the home you’re selling. When recently selling our home, Shane analyzed the market really well, and priced our home in a manner that led to multiple offers. We had full trust in Shane and were pleasantly surprised when he represented us in negotiating the final sale price of our home, securing more than we expected. He seems to be well known in the real estate market, and well-liked by clients and other agents from other companies. We would definitely choose to work with Shane again.

This is our second experience with Shane Tibbitts. We live in North Carolina and when we lost a parent, Shane took care of the house sale. He took care of everything and being we were so far away it was a great comfort to know that he had everything under control. Fast forward to autumn of 2023 and after being in the south for years we decided to head back to the Liverpool area and return home. We contacted Shane and he addressed our wants and needs immediately. We were lucky and found a place pretty quickly but the house was being sold in an auction. There was an egregious lack of communication, almost none, on the build process. Emails and phone calls were left unanswered. Please beware. Make sure you know what you’re getting into and keep on top of your build. Don’t let it delay 6+ months without explanation.
